Frequently Asked Questions

Eighteen (18) years of age or older. Four (4) guests are allowed per day. Any resident who would like to bring more than four (4) guests, will need prior approval from the Community Manager. 

Photo I.D. 

Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID, etc. 

Warranty Deed/Settlement Statement 

Birth Certificates – for proof of age for children 

School paperwork, Dr. bills, etc. – showing address for children  

Parenting agreement – if divorced or separated, for proof of residency  

Lease – if home is being rented  

Passports 

Insurance Cards – if spouse and/or children are listed on card

Please have a parent of the child(s) fill out an Approved Guardian form. These are available at the front desk or, in the forms section. This is good for six (6) months and may be renewable at that time. 

Children ten (10) and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.

Approved Guardians are allowed and must have a form filled out and on file BEFORE bringing any children to the Community Center.

 Children eleven (11) thru fifteen (15) may use the basketball gymnasium, game room, and aerobics room ONLY WITH a signed underage waiver. Children with this waiver signed are only allowed in the free weight room and workout facility WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN.

Persons must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to use the free weight room and workout facility unaccompanied. 

Approved Guardians are able to bring any child in the household to the Community Center in place of the legal parent/guardian. 

Only persons sixteen (16) years or older may visit the pool alone. Any person under the age of sixteen (16) must be accompanied by a parent or approved guardian.
