Learning and improving on basic ballet positions and technical form. Building confidence and learning the beauty of poise and control. Turns, leaps, and combinations.
Dancing with tap shoes. Incorporating foot control, musicality, balance, and technique. Faster paced and fun for all ages!
Full body movements and faced paced style dancing. Upbeat music, and hard-hitting style dance.
Full body fluid dance movements incorporating technique skills comparable to ballet and jazz. Free style creativity and expression. Improving on leaps and turns.
Faster paced style of movement. Building on basic technique and strength. Fun and energetic combinations of skills while developing performance abilities.
Fun fast paced style dance similar to jazz while using poms. Strong arm holds and higher energy. Cheer like movements, no vocals. Working on leaps and turns to music. Poms are provided.
One parent to help guide and assist the 2–3-year-old tumbler. Will learn rolls, improve strength, flexibility and balance.
4–5-year-old tumblers learn and improve rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges and back flexibility. Incorporating fun games and obstacle courses.
Developing the basics of tumbling and progressing skills. No experience necessary. Perfecting forward/backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, roundoffs, beginning backbends and kickovers. Incorporating fun games and obstacle course.
*Experienced required*. Front and back limber, walkovers and roundoffs. Backhand spring progressions and perfections. Always building strength and flexibility.
