Only residents of Cambridge Lakes who have access to our Community Center will have access to reserve either our Gathering Lounge or our Classroom. Anyone outside those boundaries cannot rent the room.
All room rentals are on a first come, first serve basis. The agreement form and payment must be completed at the same time for the room to be held in your name and address. Dates will not be placed on hold until payment and the agreement form have both been completed.

The Gathering Lounge costs $500. Payment must be made in person at the Cambridge Lakes Community Center. We only accept check or credit/debit card.
The room rental fee is $300, and the security deposit is $200. When the room is clean with no damages and all guests have left by 9 PM the security deposit will be returned to the original payment method at the time of reservation.
Please note: When paying with a credit or debit card there will be a 3.75% processing fee included in the total. Check payments do not include this processing fee.
Your event must begin at or after 11 AM and must end before 9 PM. The security deposit shall be forfeited in the event the room is not vacated by 9:00 PM, is left unclean, or sustains any damage.
No, only Cambridge Lakes residents that have access to our Community Center can rent out our Gathering Lounge space.

Yes, you can. We will need a copy of a Basset Certificate of someone within the event to be provided to us as well as this individual follows all guidelines.
If a caterer or bartender is serving alcohol, we will need their basset certificate as well as a certificate of insurance with the Cambridge Lakes Community Association as the certificate holder.
Failure to provide a basset certificate and alcohol is seen the police will be contacted to immediately shut down the event. Alcohol must remain in the room rental only, failure of this rule the security deposit will be forfeited.

If a caterer is on the premises with the fulfillment of serving their food to your guests a certificate of insurance from the catering company must be sent showing coverage of one million dollars ($1M) and list the Cambridge Lakes Community Association as the certificate holder.
No, all guests-- whether Cambridge Lakes Residents or outside of Cambridge Lakes guests-- cannot use any amenities besides our bathrooms. All guests must remain within the Gathering Lounge space. Failure to do so our staff will request them to return to the party rental space.
If a certificate of insurance is failed to be sent to the association, the association has the right to cancel the event and forfeiture of security deposit.
We have a fridge, a microwave, a warming oven, an ice machine, a sink, and counter space.
Note: Any sort of portable stove-like appliances is prohibited such as flattop grills, hot plates, portable burners, induction cooktops, electric/gas stoves, griddles, woks, tabletop cooking units, etc.
Chafing Fuel/Burners, Chafing Dish or "Sterno" is allowed for food warming purposes.
No, renters do not have access to the Gathering Lounge the night before their event. Renters have access to the Event Room the morning of their event for decorating and set-up purposes.




Our classroom rental is available for an hourly rental fee of $10 an hour alongside the $50 security deposit.
The classroom will be available 11 AM to 9 PM. All guests and room must be empty by 9 PM.

No, our pool is not available for rent. All guests-- Cambridge Lakes Residents or not-- that attend an event in our room rentals is not allowed in the Community Pool.
Yes, cleaning the room rental is a requirement, the security deposit will be returned the following business days.
Failure to clean the room after the event the Association has authority to keep the security deposit and/or limit availability to renter.

The Cambridge Lakes Community Center closes at 10 PM every day. Failure to vacate the rental room before 9:00 PM will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
