2025 Board Elections information

 Announcement of Annual Meeting and Election of Directors:

The Annual Meeting for this year will be held at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 1125 Wester Blvd, Pingree Grove, IL 60140.   

Your participation in this election is needed to achieve the 20% quorum requirement to conduct business at the annual meeting including the Election of Directors and seating the candidates listed on the ballot. All properly submitted ballots will count toward the quorum requirement. Please read all  of the information carefully and cast your ballots prior to the deadline of February 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM noon.

Cambridge Lakes Community Association has chosen to use  TIEiVOTE™ online voting again this year for the Election of Directors. This online system offers you an easy way to vote in a safe, quick and cost-effective manner.

Cambridge Lakes homeowners can choose to vote electronically or via paper ballot. If you have yet to do so, owners wishing to vote online will be asked to confirm their Membership in the Association and consent to online voting and electronic communication upon their initial login, as well as provide and confirm their email address. This is a one-time process.  Accepting electronic voting and communication will register the resident to vote electronically. 

To access the Cambridge Lakes voting website, please visit www.tieivote.com and enter the unique username and passcode specifically assigned to your unit.

You will be directed to your voting website where you can view the materials regarding the vote, and the online ballot to place your votes.

You have also been mailed an election package if you choose to vote via paper ballot. You will only be able to cast one ballot per household; either online or via paper ballot. Whichever method received first will be the ballot accepted.
